As an authentic and personable therapist, I specialize in navigating grief and trauma. I walk alongside individuals and couples as a fellow traveler on life's journey, using a faith-based lens (to the extent that is helpful for each client). My mission is clear: to facilitate healing from the past and foster deep connections in the present, empowering my clients to flourish and thrive. Through a blend of expertise and intuition, I cultivate a safe and nurturing environment where individuals and couples can explore their emotions and experiences with confidence, paving the way for transformative growth and a renewed sense of purpose.
In addition, I enjoy working with individuals, aged 13 and up, who are experiencing
anxiety or facing challenges during life transitions. My approach is person-centered
and combines talk therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions,
providing both a space for open discussion and practical skills for managing and
overcoming difficulties.
In my free time, I cherish spending time with my husband, daughters, adorable cat, and
other family and friends. My faith is important to me, so I prioritize my relationship with
God and time with my church family. I love to read, do yoga, go on hikes, and travel
whenever possible. Additionally, I dabble in gardening, growing sunflowers and planting and harvesting vegetables annually.
